Sorpasso provided a strong profile for this leading hospital with the positioning: ‘it’s better to make an effort than claim a result’. The goal was to help HagaZiekenhuis profile itself as the favourite hospital of the inhabitants of The Hague: it is close, in the middle of the city, and always focused on people. This included advertising, Abris, Muppies, billboards, door-to-door newspapers, management testimonial videos, communication with the labour market and tram ads.
